HAp ki do

Hap Ki Do is the Korean art of coordinated power. Hap is coordination, Ki denoted the essence of power, and Do means art or method. Unlike Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do deals with close contact self-defense using: wrist twisting, joint-locks, strikes, throws, breaks, kicks, punches, grapples, rolls and falling techniques. The Hap ki do practitioner uses circular patterns to gain momentum for executing the techniques in a natural and free-flowing manner.

However like Tae Kwon Do it too can help us maintain self discipline and respect for ourselves through physical fitness and self defense. Hapkido is a fantastic way to manage stress and keep in shape. While still fun it helps develop skills for the outside world.
