TIP TESTING TESTING FORM

Progressing from one degree of Black Belt to the next requires a student to pass 7 Tip Tests.

Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Brown, Red, and Star.

Once a student has acquired all 7 Tips they will then be qualified to apply for their next major Black Belt Belt Promotion Test.

Please use the link on this page, then you may either digitally fill-out and print the corresponding PDF file, or print it out and do so manually. Once complete don't forget to deliver the forms to our school's main office before the official testing date.
